I’m passionate about empowering busy people to reconnect with themselves and their lives, providing practical, modern, mindfulness training and mentoring to encourage less stress and more clarity.
Finding balance in a world that moves at an ever-increasing pace is proving more and more challenging. We tend to operate on autopilot, especially when under stress and our mind can feel like it has a life of its own.
The MindFULLY You course provides an introduction to:
–How the mind works: How anxiety/ stress/ overwhelm occurs and how we can support ourselves in navigating our busy minds.
–Modern day mindfulness: Awareness and techniques that enable us to maintain balance within the fast pace of modern life.
The combination of understanding how the mind works and developing a mindfulness practise, helps us to be more responsive rather than reactive. It helps us to make conscious choices that benefit us mentally, physically, emotionally and behaviourally.
