A programme for businesses and their employees which blends modern mindfulness techniques with an understanding of how the mind works

I’m passionate about empowering busy people to reconnect with themselves and their lives, providing practical, modern, mindfulness training and mentoring to encourage less stress and more clarity. 

Finding balance in a world that moves at an ever-increasing pace is proving more and more challenging.  We tend to operate on autopilot, especially when under stress and our mind can feel like it has a life of its own.

The MindFULLY You course provides an introduction to:

How the mind works: How anxiety/ stress/ overwhelm occurs and how we can support ourselves in navigating our busy minds.

Modern day mindfulness: Awareness and techniques that enable us to maintain balance within the fast pace of modern life.  

The combination of understanding how the mind works and developing a mindfulness practise, helps us to be more responsive rather than reactive.  It helps us to make conscious choices that benefit us mentally, physically, emotionally and behaviourally.

The MindFULLY You programme has been a fantastic support for my team and we continue to offer this programme each quarter. Carmela runs 4 x 1.5 hour sessions on a weekly basis over the course of a month. Members of the organisation can choose to commit to the programme as part of our wellbeing at work offer.
