Cancellation, no shows and late arrival policy

We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment on time. Likewise, there may be times when we have to cancel your appointment or are running behind time when you arrive for your appointment. We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however the following policies apply;

Cancellation or reschedule – 24 hours notice please. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible beforehand, and at least 24 hours before your appointment.

If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, we will try to re-book the slot, if we can’t, we may charge you the full cost of the appointment.

If you are more than 10 mins late for your service, We’re afraid that we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee may apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time that is convenient to you.

We run a busy appointment schedule and a late cancellation or no show for an appointment means someone else may miss out. We will happily rebook a new appointment for you as soon as possible.

We may request prepayment for services if you’ve been late for several appointments.

We reserve the right to charge the full price of appointments that are missed due to client lateness or no-show.

In the event that we need to cancel an appointment that you have booked with us, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund if you have prepaid. It is important that you keep us informed of any changes in your contact details including mobile phone numbers and email address. We will contact you using one or more of the contact methods that you have supplied us with; telephone, SMS message, or email.
